It is embarrassing that this is aimed at the Council rather than the Government. LA's have no choice but to stick to the budget they are given. It is the law, and the government have powers to enforce it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is delusional. Infact, this kind of politics is the most egotistical nonsense going. Simply a way of local loons to make a name for themselves rather than actually helping people in the street. Grrrr....
